How do I use "Why Can't I Connect?"
Enter the name or IP address and the port you wish to bind to. A bindable address will prefill the Name / IP Address field if available. If the port is set to 0, the system will assign a port. The assigned port will be viewable in the trace.

1. Optimized the "Ports In Use" and the "Neighbors" tools. The "Ports In Use" tool runs significantly faster. Both the "Ports In Use" and "Neighbors" tools' "Cancel" buttons are quicker to respond to a user request.
